Economical and easy to use, foot impulse sealers are ideal for a variety of light and medium-duty bag-sealing tasks. They are easy to operate and free both hands during production, adding even more efficiency to your production lines.

Our direct heat sealers (also known as constant heat sealers) are best suited to seal thicker material such as coated aluminium foil, Kraft paper, cellophane, mylar, or coated PP. Our direct heat sealers are equipped with a thermostat or an electronic temperature controller to accurately controls the temperature. Both jaws are heated simultaneously resulting in better heat penetration to seal thicker materials.

Band sealers are ideal for high volume packaging and sealing thermoplastic material like polyethylene, plastic-lined, foil and gusseted bags. Operating speeds can be set lower and higher without wear to the sealer.

Built with users of jaw sealers in mind, you can upgrade the efficiency of sealing your bags from 4-5 per minute to 20-30 small bags per minute! Just place the bag on the conveyor, the sealer will seal, cool, code and convey automatically.
